Abstract锂元素是对人体有益的元素,并与罗布麻有相似药效,罗布麻中锂含量的高低决定其药效强弱.以大叶白麻和红麻为试验材料,采用盆栽试验方法研究锂浓度对罗布麻幼苗生长及锂累积的影响,并探讨其富锂极限.结果表明:锂并不是罗布麻生长的必需元素,随供应浓度增加其抑制作用愈加明显.叶片锂含量高于根和茎,且红麻叶片较大叶白麻更为耐锂.各处理相比,在锂浓度1OOmg· kg-1时,叶部锂累积量达到峰值,但生长量有限;在锂浓度为25 mg·kg-的条件下,虽然叶片锂累积量较100 mg·kg-1时低,但仍高于对照,且生长量所受限制很小.综合考虑不同锂浓度对罗布麻产量及药用价值的影响,认为在种植罗布麻时,锂浓度以低于25 mg·kg-1为宜.
