| Abstract | 以干旱区绿洲城市乌鲁木齐市为研究对象,首先运用熵值法对1995-2011年间的城市化综合水平与生态环境综合质量进行测度与分析,然后利用协整检验、Granger因果检验、脉冲响应函数及方差分解模型对两者之间的关系进行动态计量分析.研究发现:1995年以来,乌鲁木齐的城市化水平逐步提高,并以人口非农化演进和经济增长为主要特征,而生态环境综合质量及其分量指标则呈现出各自的变化特征.城市化综合水平指数是生态环境综合质量指数、生态环境压力指数、生态环境响应指数的格兰杰因果原因,表明乌鲁木齐的城市化进程对生态环境是单向的胁迫作用,城市化与生态环境还没有形成交互胁迫相互促进的动态耦合态势.预测方差分析表明随着城市化水平的提升,生态环境综合质量指数呈现先下降后不断上升的变化趋势,城市化综合水平指数对生态环境压力具有负的冲击效果,对生态环境响应从第1期一直保持着正的冲击效果.从长期预测来看,城市化对生态环境的解释能力正在逐步提升,经济增长和城市化发展的规模效应和技术效应不断提高着环境保护投资比重和能源资源的有效利用率,但是更应理性看待以城市化发展推动生态环境改善的措施. |
