| Abstract | 【目的】对外来入侵害虫马铃薯叶甲 Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say)的寄生蜂资源进行探究。【方法】2012~2013年间,在新疆伊犁﹑乌鲁木齐周边﹑东疆等害虫发生地进行寄生蜂资源网扫采集﹑挑拣﹑鉴定,并进行 Simpson 优势度 C 指数检测以及相关性分析。【结果】姬小蜂科 Eulophidae,金小蜂科 Pteromalidae,茧蜂科Braconidae 以及缘腹细蜂科 Scelionidae 优势度最为丰盛,优势度 C 分别为0.4952﹑0.0031﹑0.0024﹑0.0019。【结论】姬小蜂科和缘腹细蜂科不仅丰盛度高,且与害虫马铃薯叶甲的发生呈正相关关系,很有可能是该害虫的寄生蜂。对马铃薯地中寄生蜂资源进行了报道,并对寄生蜂与寄主关系进行了探讨,缩小了寄生蜂范围,为马铃薯叶甲的生物防治提供了数据支持,并为马铃薯叶甲的寄生蜂资源提供了研究方向和重点。 |
