|其他摘要||In recent years, with the development of industrial park, the problem of space separation of our urban districts and industry cluster districts is increasingly highlighted. The separation of residential areas and industry parks results in traffic congestion and city function disorder. Oasis cities are some relatively independent regions in the west of China and characterized by the most frequent human activities and the most sensitive relationships between people and land. Furthermore, most oasis cities give priority to resource-based industry. Therefore, the deterioration of the contradiction of city and industry have much more urgent influences on the sustainable development of oasis city. Meanwhile, with the proposal of new urbanization, the City-Industry integration plays an important role in accelerating the development of new urbanization, and the study on City-Industry integration becomes more prominent. In this paper, URUMQI was chose as the typical case. Firstly, the basic model of City-Industry integration was summarized through the history of City-Industry integration development. Then, we constructed an evaluation index system of City subsystem and industry subsystem by the entropy value method to analyze the phase and characteristics of city-industry integration from 1993- to 2012. Finally, the spatial distributions of City-Industry integration of URUMQI in 2012 were analyzed by using GIS , and the space integration model were identified. Main contents of present study are as follows:
(1) Established comprehensive evaluation system of City-Industry integration.
According to the concept of City-Industry integration, our evaluation system included system layer, target layer and index layer. The parameters of system layer were identified by industry development system and city development system. Target layer were identified by industry system from aspects of industry scale, basic support, the ability of sustainable development and so on. City subsystem selected three aspect and 14 index, including infrastructure, living and ecological environmental protection . The scores of parameters were calculated by entropy value method, and the model and phase judgement of City-Industry integration were identified through the coupling coordination degree model.
(2) Summarized the basic model of City-Industry integration.
Through the collection of related reviews at home and abroad, the basic concepts, basic types, influence factors and city-industry integration models were summarized.
(3) URUMQI was chose as a typical case to analyze City-Industry integration.
First, the development-status of city-industry integration in URUMQI were summarized; Then the relationship between industry space and city space were investigated using spatial analysis and the degree of city-industry integration. Finally, the city-industry integration models were identified and specific measurements and solutions were put forward according to the results.|
