摘要: 随着信息技术的快速进步和旅游市场需求的不断提升,旅游业已经进入了智慧旅游建设阶段。旅游信息化和旅游产业的深度融合是未来旅游业发展的重要方向。当前,旅游消费者对信息服务的需求贯穿了旅游活动的全过程。同时,互联网成为众多旅游企业、旅游目的地的重要营销平台。在信息技术与旅游消费者需求的双重影响下,必然会对在线旅游信息服务体系产生影响。在线旅游信息服务体系建设作为旅游信息化发展的重要内容,能够进一步提升旅游目的地的旅游形象和旅游营销的整体水平,以及加强旅游资源的宣传展示力度和旅游信息服务平台的服务质量。基于此背景,文章采用文献综述法、问卷调查法、内容分析法和数理统计法等,深入系统地对在线旅游信息服务体系进行研究,以期为新疆在线旅游信息服务体系的建设提供有效的解决方案。本文首先对在线旅游相关概念、内涵以及在线旅游信息服务国内外研究进展进行了梳理总结;其次,通过问卷调查对旅游者的信息需求和搜寻行为特征进行了分析,提出和构建了旅游网站能评价指标体系,探讨了我国不同类型旅游网站服务功能的特点与差异;在此基础上,对新疆在线旅游信息服务系统的构建进行了研究,并对新疆在线旅游信息服务体系的发展和运营进行了探索性研究,为新疆在线旅游信息服务发展提供借鉴。本文的主要研究结论如下:(1)通过问卷调查法对具有在线浏览、搜索旅游信息和预订旅游产品经验的旅游者进行了调查。研究表明,旅游者对旅游信息的需求强度和在不同旅游阶段的信息需求存在较大差异,其中需求度较高的为住宿信息、景区信息、旅游目的地信息等,旅游前阶段是旅游过程信息需求的主要阶段,旅游信息搜寻习惯呈现出多样化的特征。(2)对我国官方旅游网站、在线旅行社网站和景区网站进行实证分析。研究发现,我国旅游网站没有充分的发挥互联网的潜能,大多数旅游网站的服务功能侧重于基本的信息服务,尤其是景区网站和官方旅游网站。在功能维度方面,官方旅游网站在信息提供、互动功能和技术支持三个维度方面,提供的信息和功能服务更多;景区网站在信息展示维度方面表现较好;在线旅行社网站在电子商务应用和关系管理两个维度方面较好。(3)通过对新疆在线旅游信息服务现状进行分析,得出存在的问题为:信息服务内容不够全面、信息展示的感知能力较弱、缺少统一有效的综合信息服务平台;再结合旅游者信息行为特征和旅游网站服务功能的研究,提出了新疆在线旅游信息服务系统的构建模式,并对对新疆在线旅游信息服务系统和旅游电子地图的功能模块进行了设计,在此基础上,提出了系统构建的总体框架结构,并对系统构建的核心内容进行了具体分析。(4)基于对在线旅游信息服务的研究和工作总结,结合新疆在线旅游信息服务体系的发展目标,提出了体系建设的合作模式、体系建设的主要内容和体系分阶段发展模式。从体系运营的角度出发,提出了以政府为主导、企业运作经营,多方参与的复合型市场化运营模式,并提出了 6 项发展与运营的相关对策,为新疆在线旅游信息服务体系的发展探索出了一条合理、可行的道路。
英文摘要: With the rapid progress of information technology and the continuous improvement of tourism market demand, tourism industry has entered the stage of smart tourism construction. The depth of integration of tourism information and tourism industry is an important direction for tourism development in the future. Currently,under the personalized travel trends, tourism information throughout the whole process of tourists in tourism activities, tourists are increasingly dependent on information services. Under the dual influences of information technology and tourist consumers demand, it will inevitably have an impact on online travel information service system.Tourism information service system (TISS) as an important part of the development of tourism informatization, it can be further promoted the tourism image of the tourist destination and the overall level of tourism marketing, as well as strengthening the promotional activities of tourism resources and the service quality of tourism information service platform.Based on this background, the paper uses literature review, comparative study,questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and other methods, systematically study on the online TISS, in order to provide effective solutions for the construction of online TISS in Xinjiang. Firstly, this paper summarizes the concept, connotation and research progress of online travel information service at home and abroad. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey, the information demand and the search behavior of the tourists were analyzed. Then, the evaluation index system of tourism website is proposed and constructed, and discusses the characteristics and differences of service functions of different types of tourism websites in China. On this basis, the construction of destination marketing system (DMS) in Xinjiang was studied, it also makes an exploratory study on the development and operation of Xinjiang online TISS, provide reference for the development of online tourism information service in Xinjiang.Conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate travelers who had online browsing, searching for travel information and booking travel products. Research shows that the demand intensity of tourism information in different tourism stages are quite different, among them, the higher demand for accommodation information, scenic spots, tourist destination information, etc., The pre-tourism stage is the main stage of information demand in the process of tourism, and tourism information search habits showing a variety of features.(2) This paper analyzes the official tourism websites (OTWs), online travel agencies (OTAs) and attraction websites (AWs). The finding indicate that Chinese tourism websites are not effectively utilizing the internet to its full potential. Most tourism websites focus on the provision of basic information services, especially the OTWs and AWs. In terms of functional dimensions, the OTWs provides more information and function services in three dimensions: information provision,interactive function and technical support; the AWs in the information display dimension performance is better; the OTAs in dimensions of e-commerce applications and CRM performed better.(3) Through the analysis of the status of online travel information service in Xinjiang, the problem is that the content of information service is not comprehensive,and the information display of the perception is weak, and lack of unified and effective integrated information service platform. Combined with the characteristics of tourist information behavior and the service function of tourism website, the construction pattern of Xinjiang online DMS is put forward, and the function module of Xinjiang DMS and tourism electronic map is designed. On this basis, the overall framework of the DMS is proposed, and the core content of the DMS construction is analyzed in detail.(4) Based on the research and work summary of online tourism information service, and combined with Xinjiang’s online TISS development goals, puts forward the cooperation mode of TISS construction, the main content of the TISS construction and the phased development mode of the TISS. From the perspective of system operation, this study puts forward a new type of market-oriented operation mode, which is dominated by the government, operated by the enterprise, and multi-party participation, and puts forward 6 countermeasures for the development of Xinjiang online TISS to explore a reasonable and feasible way.
