Abstract肉苁蓉作为专性全寄生植物,生长所需营养物质全部来源于寄主梭梭。探明寄生植物肉苁蓉和寄主梭梭之间的相互关系,以期为肉苁蓉人工种植产业提供科学依据和指导。本文以接种和未接种肉苁蓉的梭梭作为研究对象, 分析测定了不同灌溉处理和不同龄级梭梭的生长指标及生理指标,研究后期人工抚育措施对接种肉苁蓉的梭梭影响,明确了接种肉苁蓉对不同龄级梭梭生长及生理特性的影响;并对出土肉苁蓉的个体质量进行了观测,阐释了肉苁蓉与寄主梭梭之间的相互关系。基于此,对当前两种常用的种植季节方式进行了对比试验,科学评价了两种种植季节的优劣,提出适宜的种植季节。主要研究结果如下:(1) 造林当年接种肉苁蓉对梭梭幼苗的生长及生理的影响相对较弱,均未达到显著性水平。接种肉苁蓉的梭梭植株当年株高和新枝长均小于对照,同化枝含水量出现下降,水分饱和亏增大,抗旱能力减弱, PSⅡ最大光化学效率 Fv/Fm、PSⅡ潜在活性 Fv/Fo、相对电子传递速率 ETR 和非光化学淬灭 NPQ 均有不同程度的下降;(2)不同灌溉周期处理对肉苁蓉寄生对梭梭生长生理特征的影响产生干扰,会加大梭梭生长情况和生理特征之间的差异。研究结果表明: 30 日灌溉周期处理下梭梭株高、地径和新枝长的生长速率,相对含水量和保水力,荧光参数值(Fv/Fo、 Fv/Fm、 ETR、 NPQ)均高于 15 日灌溉周期,而水分饱和亏则相反。说明基于咸水灌溉,地下水较浅且土质偏细的条件下,灌溉时间间隔应当适当延长。(3)随接种时间增加, 接种肉苁蓉对寄主生长的影响呈逐步增强的趋势。接种肉苁蓉的不同龄级梭梭同化枝荧光参数值(Fv/Fo、 Fv/Fm、 ETR 和 NPQ)均普遍小于未寄生肉苁蓉梭梭同化枝。各龄级对照组的梭梭同化枝荧光参数值的龄级间变化幅度均小于接种肉苁蓉的梭梭,对照组的各龄级梭梭同化枝荧光参数值(ΦPSⅡ、 ETR、 NPQ 和 qP)间均不存在显著性差异。而寄生组中,一年生梭梭同化枝 Fv/Fo、 Fv/Fm、 ETR 值均显著小于二年生和三年生梭梭同化枝荧光参数值,而二年生和三年生之间不存在显著性差异,说明肉苁蓉的寄生加大了各龄级之间梭梭同化值荧光参数值的差异,且肉苁蓉寄生一年后,梭梭同化枝荧光生理动力学趋于稳定;(4)肉苁蓉的生长发育与寄主的生长状况关系密切,出土肉苁蓉的平均质量和品质的占比均随着林龄的增加而增大。寄主梭梭株高、冠幅与肉苁蓉的个体质量呈线性相关,线性回归拟合方程分别为 和;(5)无论是寄主梭梭植株的生长, 还是肉苁蓉的个体平均质量, 造林当年秋季接种均优于当年春季接种;综合考虑短期的肉苁蓉投入成本和利润回报的短期效益, 以及肉苁蓉质量和产量的长期效益, 在造林当年秋季接种肉苁蓉为宜。
Other AbstractCistanche deserticola is an obligate plant, whose nutrients for growth are derivedfrom the host plant named Haloxylon ammodendron . Exploring the relationshipbetween the parasitic plants with host plants, in order to provide scientific suggestionsand guidance for the planting industry of Cistanche deserticola. In this paper, twokinds of Haloxylon ammodendron that were inoculated and uninoculated withCistanche deserticola were studied, and the growth indexes and physiological indexesof host plant of different ages were determined and analyzed, in order to determinedthe effects of inoculated with Cistanche deserticola on the characteristics of growthand physiological of Haloxylon ammodendron of different ages; The individual masswas observed to explain the relationship between Cistanche deserticola andHaloxylon ammodendron. The field contrast experiment of Cistanche deserticolaplanted in different season was conducted, which chosen in spring and autumn,meanwhile, and the scientific evaluation about the advantages and disadvantages oftwo planting season, the most suitable planting season was put forward. Now, themain result of this study as follows:(1)The results showed that planting Cistanche deserticola had weaker effect onphysiological characteristics and growth of the annual Haloxylon ammodendron, andnone of them reached a significant level. Relative water content and water retentioncapacity of the plants that were inoculated Cistanche deserticola decreased while thewater saturation deficit increased, indicating that planting Cistanche deserticolalowered the drought-resistance of host plant. After parasitized by Cistanchedeserticola, the host plants tends to decreased the plant height, ground diameter andnew branch length, Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo decreased to different level.(2) Different irrigation cycle treatment interfered with the effects of Cistanchedeserticola on the growth and fluorescence physiological characteristical ofHaloxylon ammodendron, which increased the gap of growth and physiological characteristic of Haloxylon ammodendron. The result showed that 30 day irrigationcycle treatment is higher than 15 day irrigation cycle in the growth rate of plant height,base diameter and new branch length, relative water content and water retentioncapacity, fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ、ETR、NPQ), while the watersaturation deficit were opposite. It indicated that the influences of parasitic plantCistanche deserticola on host plant Haloxylon ammodendron would be affected byartificial irrigation cycle.(3) With the increased of the forest age, the more significant effect of theHaloxylon ammodendron did. The assimilating branch physiological fluorescence wasgenerally lower than host plants. The variation of fluorescence parameter values ofHaloxylon ammodendron in different age-level non-host control group was smallerthan those of age-level parasitic treatment groups. There was no significant differencein the fluorescence parameter values of the age-classes Haloxylon ammodendron inthe non-host control group. In the host parasitic group, one-year assimilating branchwas significantly higher than that of three-year assimilating branch, the values ofone-year assimilating branch Fv/Fo、 Fv/Fm and ETR was significantly lower thanthose of two-year and three-year assimilating branch, there was no significantlydifferences between two-year and three-year assimilating branch fluorescence.Indicating that parasitism can expand the gap of age-classes Haloxylon ammodendronassimilating branch fluorescence physiological, and assimilating branch fluorescencephysiological tends to stable after one-year parasitization of Cistanche deserticola.(4) The individual mass of Cistanche deserticola was closely related to growth ofHaloxylon ammodendron, and the individual mass and quality of Cistanchedeserticola increased with the incease of forest age. The plant height and crown widthof the Haloxylon ammodendron were linearly correlated with the individual mass ofCistanche deserticola, and the linear equation isand , respectively.(5) Either in the growth index of the Haloxylon ammodendron, or in theindividual mass of Cistanche deserticola, planting Cistanche deserticola in the springwas better than plant Cistanche deserticola in the autumn. According to the short-term benefit of cost input and profit return of Cistanche deserticola industry as well as thelong-term benefit of guaranteeing the quality and yield of Cistanche deserticola, theplanting time in the autumn is the best.
